You can put it on your flash drive and boot it using UlaunchELF, but you probably don't got that. Here a tutorial on how to get Free Mcbot [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. Free Mcboot is what you use to get to UlaunchELF. What you will do after you got UlaunchELF is put the Codebreaker.elf on to you flash drive. After it on you flash drive go put you flash drive in to the PS2 and go to UlaunchELF. You will go down to mass(That is your flash drive) look for the Codebreaker.elf and push circle on it.
